Shrockworks sliders, missing hardware?

After waiting the requisite 4 months, my sliders arrived from shrockworks yesterday. The sliders look great, but I believe I am missing about half the hardware.

Does anyone have a list of the supplied hardware or pictures of them?
I included a pic below showing what I got. And yes, I tore the box apart looking for the missing hardware. I have emailed them asking for more info, but if possible I want to get them on today or tomorrow and could run to the hardware store if need be.

Good thing I had already dropped the gas tank skid and strap before checking the contents. Fml.

There aren't a whole lot of bolts on these sliders considering there are only two legs to the frame. By looking at the photo and from what I recall when i put mine on, you should be good.

Think I only used about 5 bolts per side.

Thanks for the reply. When I saw the package I thought I would be good to go too, but maybe I just have the wrong hardware. The stick nuts and one regular nut do not fit any of the bolts. The bolts do work in the pre-tapped holes, but won't secure with the included nuts.

Looks about right.Pretty sure you reuse the factory bolt thru the gas tank strap .
I can count mine exactly when I get home tonight if somebody doesn't beat me to it. I know for a fact I didn't get but 4 of those stick nuts and I think I only used 2 of them.

You will reuse most/all of the factory bolts, you'll also need to use all the stick nuts and matching bolts as well as a few additional smaller bolts.

Check the threads on the stick nuts. A couple of mine had welding flash on the threads and needed to be chased with a bolt to clean them up.

Thanks Grant. The problem is not that the nuts are too small, but they are way too big. The bolts are just sliding right through them. The bolts included only work in the pre-tapped holes. They will not work with any of the included nuts. Looks like I got wrong bolts then (or all the nuts are wrong). Wierd. The email is in to shrockworks, so hopefully they will get back to me tomorrow.

You should have received two sizes of bolts, flat washers and lock washers. The instructions lists the hardware you should have.

If anyone has a list of the supposedly listed hardware I would appreciate it. If not, no worries I will be calling SW in the morning.

And yes I was surprised about only 5 bolts per side. I realize that this grade bolt should be able to hold the weight of the rig, but I am always a fan of over engineering when I may be crawling under there while being held up by a hi lift (yeah I know, I should have jack stands for safety as well, but don't normally wheel with them).

They don't list the cable ties in the parts list but you'll need them for the drivers side.

Awesome! Yeah. Looks like I'm missing all the 3/8 bolts, washers and locknuts. Appreciate your time writing that up.

I've searched for a detailed write up on the install on 5th gens and havent found one (I have got good info from a few threads, including yours, though). I realize it is a farely straight install but do you guys see any value in doing a detailed write up when I install mine?

Sorry to see that you are missing parts. I know the feeling, especially after waiting so long.
Looking at your photo I see where I did not receive the regular washers, and I was short a couple lock washers. QC should have caught this, especially yours since you are missing the group of bolts.
Not really sure if there is a true QC process, but, I had a messed up coating and missing lock washers (as I mentioned).
I will say the build and alignment of product was on point (was able to bolt down all crews and only hd to use one nut). I am happy with that. Not to mention Shrockworks did make it tight on coating flaw (reimbursed half of total cost to coat bothe sliders). So kudos to them.
I am confident your parts will be replaced but the fact that you are in the process now of installing is no help... Maybe pick those bolts up at the local hardware store?

It does look as though you are missing all of the 3/8" hardware, except for the stick nuts.

This hardware kit is basically two different hardware kits in one. Alot of the factory threaded holes in the early model 5g's are not there in the later models, so we provided the extra 3/8" hardware to allow you to still catch the needed mounting points.

We're truly sorry for the mix up. We definitly believe just as well as everyone else on here that you should recieve nothing less than perfect when you get one of our products after dealing with our lead time. We do have a newer guy in the warehouse, and I guess we could chalk this up as growing pains.

PM me your info and I would be glad to overnight you the missing items. You'll have everything you need just in time for the weekend!

Update. Installed. Mostly

So as promised: shrockworks delivered the 3/8" hardware and a couple coozies. The only problem was that I already had the 3/8" washers and lock washers. Thanks to GrantK's list I found out I was missing the 3/8" bolts and the 5/16" washers and locknuts.

No problem, I didn't wait anyway. Woke up early, picked up new grade 8 hardware at Ace and threw the sliders on.

Now drivers side went on no problems. Passenger side went great except for one problem. The front bracket does not seem to fit right. The two bolts on the side went in with no problem. The bottom hole that is supposed to attach to the transmission crossmember is way off. It doesn't line up with any existing holes and worse, the bracket is about an inch away from the crossmember.

If I could get it to allign, I don't mind drilling a new hole (the hole shown in first photo is about a 1/4" off). I already tried removing all bolts and doing matching up the bottom bracket first, but no luck (the top of the side plate just sticks out an inch then). So now, the drivers side has 6 bolts holding it on and the passenger has five total. Any ideas? Or is it BFH time?

I had to drill those holes as well and the angle bottom bracket was also like yours.

I just put in the frame side bolts loosely, pushed the bottom into place with a floor jack, drilled the holes, installed the bolts with stick nuts. Then once all bolts were installed tightened everything.

It stands in my mind I had to drill one hole. That's obviously one of the locations that you would use a sticknut for. As far as the "not fitting", the trick is to do the bottom bolt first and then the sides. don't tighten them all the way on the first pass, but tighten them a bit at a time and circle around the bolts.

The slotted hole on the tab that attaches to the crossmember is for the earlier model 5g's and there is a factory threaded hole there. The round hole is optional to the early models and recommended on the later models like yours.

Mark the hole, drill it and use the provided stick nut to catch the 3/8" bolt. Once is started just crank it down and it will suck the tab up tight to the crossmember. It is hard to tell from the pictures, but it looks like you only have about a half inch to close up there on the tab. We air on the side of under bending that tab because its alot easier to install it that way. If it were over bent you wouldnt be able to get the side bolts started.
