Shrockworks sliders, missing hardware?

After waiting the requisite 4 months, my sliders arrived from shrockworks yesterday. The sliders look great, but I believe I am missing about half the hardware. Does anyone have a list of the supplied hardware or pictures of them? I included a pic below showing what I got. And yes, I tore the box apart looking for the missing hardware. I have emailed them asking for more info, but if possible I want to get them on today or tomorrow and could run to the hardware store if need be. Good thing I had already dropped the gas tank skid and strap before checking the contents. Fml. Grrrr. Thanks for any help.

I just got mine on, and I had all the hardware I needed, but I did have to drill a 1/2" hole on the diagonal cross member on the passenger side. Mine looked just like your picture before drilling the hole, and then I just used the stick nut and cranked that puppy down and it was on there real good.
