Single DIN pocket w/ lid!

I had one of these in the dash of my Hilux Surf, always thought it was very cool to have a dash pocket with a spring loaded door on it. You can stick stuff in there, and it stays put while driving, and stays hidden when parked. I stumbled across a place in BC that carries them, thought I'd share the link:

Good find! When I purchased my head unit from Crutchfield it came with the pocket to go under the radio that fills the space but everything I put in there literally slides out. Stupid junk. Maybe I will have to buy one of these! :boxer:

Is it a drawer or just a pocket with a hinged lid? Either way its pretty cool.

It's a pocket with a spring loaded, hinged lid. I've never seen a dash pocket with a lid before, so I thought it was pretty cool. The price is pretty reasonable too, considering they were never available here from factory.

Thanks for the link IanB. I rarely use the compartment under my sterio cause being such a narrow space its difficult to access. I might have to get me one of these
