I am considering purchasing a Toyota Six Disc CD Changer for my 2003 4Runner. How difficult is the install? I know that the unit goes into the front console box, but I have heard that it is necessary to remove the dash and the front console in order to do the wiring.
I would like to know exactly what the specific installation procedure is.
Now if anyone does have a copy of the Toyota Instructions for the 6 Disc CD Changer Installation that they could post (or shoot me a link), this would answer my questions in a pinch. I would like to see if this is something that I would feel comfortable doing myself.
