anyone ever take a trip with 4runner TE and sleep inside? thinking of going with wife on some beach trips and sleeping in truck (not allowed to setup a tent on beach).

seems like inside is a bit short.

Put the driver and passenger seat as far forward as you can, adjust the seat back forward as well.

With the back row down as well, you should have a decent amount of room.

ill do again and take a measurement. TE has sliding tray but kind of useless unless i fab something to fill the cab when it pulls out, and if windy etc may want back closed.
