smoky 86 turbo-any turbo rebuild kits available?

Hi Everyone,
New guy here from Northern California-excited to have joined the Forum!
I have an 86 turbo which is leaking oil into the intake-works fine, just smokes.
Are there either reasonably priced rebuilt turbos or rebuild kits available? I used to rebuild my old Audi turbo, and it worked pretty well.
Any ideas or pointers from you veterans would be much appreciated!

Running the stock CT20?
I had a 87 pickup with the 22rte, rebuild the engine, then lost the stock turbo about 3K miles later, trashed that pos and got a rebuilt ct26 from same era supra.
I couldn't find and decent rebuild kit for it and most ppl told me they were meh anyway. Common upgrade is a garret t3/t4.

Yes,it's a C20. I'm in the same situation that you were-brand new rebuild, and kablooey!
Is it a bolt-up, or is there a conversion kit?
