Snow chains, not cables

Been looking around but WTH...seems like all I can find are cables.
Need a set of chains to wheel in that are 31/10.50x15..anyone have a set or know a site? I did find some on ebay..for like $153. I would prefer ladder style.

Edit: I need them to actually 4wheel up the mountain in the snow and some ice.

I've only used them a couple of times to get out of sticky situations, but they've worked well. I can snap a close up of them tonight if you're interested.

I snapped a "few" lol. I didn't put them on fully, but hung them on the tire so you'd get an idea of how they go. Included shots of the instructions. Easy to throw on.
In one pic, I threw a quarter on the tire so you can get some perspective...
