TRD Pro 4runner: no S/C or V8. Owners of 5th gens do more mods to theirs for offroading in a year than what the Pro offers.
I also believe the 5th gen is going to be the last 4runner to be built.

Its always the guys that don't have the 5th gen that say its going to be done soon, i dont get why..

I have no idea, it was just cool that the guy in the 4Runner was a actually enthusiast and is most likely on the forums somewhere.

Could have been Ted, too. I mean it could have been any number of us there. Toyota always gets a bum wrap from some that there no passion in the company... blah blah blah, but there are plenty of us involved in projects like this. A group of ten trucks just ran Mohave Road for an upcoming mag article. I did the PR tech presentations to the press for Tundra and 4Runner and had a blast meeting writers from various sites and rags. Lots of cool Toyota projects in the mix.
