199k miles. All regular maintenance has been performed. The timing belt and water pump have been replaced

Maybe interested. But at 200k, shouldn't the belt and pump have been replaced 2x by now? Isn't the service interval 90k? Sorry just started looking for a new rig and I'm in NorCal but yours looks clean.
