some notes about the items.. on my 5th gen SR5 the 4 springs give me a 3 inch lift even all around.. please search for my pics from before if you want to see.
I highly recommend getting shocks whether my 5100 or your own because your stock shocks will not last long and can not handle a 3 inch lift.. don't mickey mouse it and spend more down the road for another install and alignment
if you want your truck to handle good and be aligned properly after a 3 inch lift get some kind of upper control arm or you will regret it.. trust me on that one lol
