I think those 8 wraps would be better on my truck. You can have the 906's back. The shock we picked up are to long and the 906's almost fall out when it flex's out with the sway bar out.
Did you get a quote on shipping the cover by chance man?
PS- Turkey season is not far away. You ready to come out and get some Turkey time in? You and your roommate need to road trip it dude.

What did you do to yours? Why not just weld an aftermarket muffler in place?

I already have a Borla installed.
So a long time ago I smashed my tail pipe into a rock just like you. So then I took a hacksaw and cut about 6 inches off. Then for about 6 months it rattled against my frame which annoyed the crap out of me. So then I cut another 6 inches off. But I thought it was still rattling. So then I chopped it off right after the muffler and put a little 90* turn down on it. So right now my exhaust exits before the rear axle. It's pretty loud, but that's not what makes it undriveable. The tone it makes like pops your ears and gives you a head ache. It sucks. I just ordered a cherry bomb and I'm going to weld that in before the Borla, so then I'll be running two mufflers and hopefully that makes it quieter and changes the tone.

spotted a sweet limited with front and rear plated bumpers here in long beach today. wonder if hes on here? also a sweet one with a plated bumper by the lifegaurd building also in LB. i think he may be a lifegaurd cause ive seen that truck there a bunch of times.

That's the main reason I was looking over on DR the other day. I'm waiting for them to allow me to post over there. But that's about the going price from a junkyard on a complete axle. LKQ has them complete for around $400 and they ship to me for free. LKQ is where I got my transfer case and driveshafts as well.
