my marker for cleghorn rd is at. (this is on your right as you approach silverwood. Its right at the top of a big hill and this is an OHV trail. There is a observation area on the left)
34°18'1.17"N 117°20'14.77"W

the free site marker is at
34°16'14.86"N 117°17'14.93"W
To get here you continue on 138 past silverwood lake. Eventually you will come to a sharp right corner.
turn left on the road that intersects 138 in this corner. (i have no clue what road this is)

then make a quick right and there will be a spots to camp on the left

i would assume at the little marker that says pilot rock / 2n17x pm me you number and i can call you and help you find it on friday.

Hey i just remembered a cool(well cool enough for hesperia) campground. If you look on that image i posted you will see hwy 173. if you go down that for about five miles you get to mojave river forks campground. its a few bucks a night, but they may have fire pits.

Great evening down by the beach with some amazing guys. Incredible how four relative strangers had some things so much in common.

The fire was roasty, the hot dogs tasty, the waves noisy, and the company - the best. Hope you guys had a good nisghts sleep after I left.

Hopefully we will cross paths again soon!

I am going to try to make it tonight for the Campsite and story swapping. Just found out about a training conference tomorrow,(Then again GOV worker so may be cancelled) so I wont be able to wheel with you guys.
