Off my 99, OEM fogs (not the Hella DEs, the generic fogs). They're in good shape, work just fine. I took them off about a year ago and replaced them with Hella's, now replaced the whole thing with a new bumper.

could i fit these in my 98 runners bumper even though i dont have factory fogs. Would all i have to do it cut a hole and would the mounts work
 
I have a set for those of you that miss out. Just took off my stock 99 bumper and added a new ARB bumper. Let me know.
