The price is for the full strut assemblies as shown (with OME N91SC Comfort shocks), but they are about 10 years old, so you may just want to use the coils only - which are in good shape and will last for many more years. That said, the shocks don’t leak and they still work fine if you need to use them for a while.
The coils will give you 2.5-3” of lift in a ‘96-02 4Runner or ‘95.5-04 Tacoma, but NOTE: These are heavy duty lift coils and are meant to be used with about 150-250 lbs. of extra weight in the front (from a steel bumper/winch/skid plates, etc..). The amount of lift is with this extra weight.
