Hi Guys,

its been a nice 8 months with the t4r and ive enjoyed the 10k miles on it. However i really wanted a P911 when i settled on the t4r because my lovely wife thought it would be more practical and modest.

She was right but i just could not scratch the p911 itch with a t4r...no matter how nice.

So today i sold it to a local dealer for 35k. bought it for 39 so lost a little but not really much considering 8mos and 10k miles usage.

anyway, i have 3 spare tires because i bought a full set when i curbed one tire shortly after purchase. SFBay Area t4r limited owners feel free to PM me or email me at [email protected] if you are interested in a good deal on extra tires. they are 320 new at dealer, 260ea at americas tire i'll be selling them on CL as well.

GL everyone

I also sometimes vacillate between hardy trucks/suvs and sporty cars. P911's have been on my wish list for a very long time. Which one(s) are you looking at?? Good luck!

thanks, here's what I picked up yesterday.

You sir win the prize. Would love to see more exterior and interior shots.

However, did it have to be substitution? Why not have both the p-car and the 4runner?

That's why you have one of each. ;)
We're a two vehicle household and fortunately my wife likes trucks/suvs and fun cars.
So we have the 4runner and an Audi S4. :)

I like the color on that Porsche. Some day, when I have the space and extra money I'd love to have a Cayman or 911. The Panamera is nice for a 4 door but I can't see that as a daily driver. And if it doesn't have to be a daily the 2 doors would be more fun.

Swapped out my 2010 S4 for my 4 runner! Had it modded and loaded with all the goodies.... Miss it but love the Runner and needed for the lil ones....

Sweet ride. Rims remind me of The Punisher.

Dang! Intersting crossover, and quite unique to have the palate for a T4R and then a 991 911. I love cars as much as trucks, but I can only justify having both by have one new and one on the older side. So my 13' Trail is kept company by my 95' M3. The E36 is such a great drivers car...I don't think I'll ever sell it.

I read this the first time as your wife thought the 911 would be more practical. I was gonna say man I hope I marry someone with the same views as her!

Car looks great have fun!
