Great vids! The 4Runner on the beach vid; I'll bet the money for a good winch seems like peanuts compared with the years unreliable electrical performance and rust repairs that 4Runner will need. There were plenty of trees to have winched against... Heck even some rope and an old school come-along might have made that deal work out better.

Now that I'm thinking about it just airing down before hitting the beach might have done it...

One Surfboard under the tire would get them out... One of my desert tricks - I use loading ramps to get the truck unstuck (no use of winch there due to lack of anchor points such as trees).
