spacer or body lift?

so i am not really sure the difference. i am going more for looks. but will be doing a going though some mud here and there :) i will be putting 33s on at some point i hope. so should i go with just spacers? or a body lift?

All a body lift will do is give you room for bigger tires. A spacer (or any suspension lift) will do the same but also give you more clearance underneath. Definitely do the suspension lift first, then body lift if your find you need the extra clearance. The max body lift is 1.5", max spacer lift is 3". The 3" spacer lift should allow you to fit 33s, no need for the body lift.
 
^^ x2. all the body lift does is literally "lift" your frame up higher whereas the suspension lifts the entire truck, giving it more clearance below. I may do a BL eventually and if I ever do, max I would do is 1" so to avoid any of those unsightly "spaces" between the body and the frame.
