Please don't quote SPAM threads. Bad idea. Then the mod has to look for your post and delete it too. We don't need to see the content again and further their message. That could potentially increase SPAM by telling them we'll repeat it here.
You can easily post and say you reported the SPAM in post #XX, without quoting it.
I see on the Tacoma World (Correct name?) forum you have to have made at least 50 posts with them before you can start a thread. This kind of control would eliminate SPAM.
BTW, I hate that feature. Two months ago I wanted to advertise my Trail Ed wheels and tires there but I could not. I only post there once in a while but I want to be able to start a thread.

LOL and the spammer posts in the spam thread, that's awesome. Pay attention to the user names, it's very simple! They are all almost identical. It's not getting better, it's getting worse and no, this is NOT happening on other forums. There are as many spam posts on this forum as there are real posts.

this is getting out of hand. has anyone priced out a bot blocker upgrade for the site? might willing to throw down some $ for the cause... or some labor if the software is python/js based
