if you're asking this because of my easy mods thread, i did it to get rid of some weight, thats all. and the lugs on my wheels are different from the ones needed to put on the spare so if i get a flat im screwed either way.

this is actually really hard to explain. My lugs arent the standard 19mm and the holes in the wheel where the lugs sit is extremely narrow. discount has to use a special socket to get my lugs off. so, in other words, i cant do it myself. and the way the lugs are shaped they wont actually hold the spare wheel on. like i said, its really hard to explain and i really dont understand it either. i do carry fix-a-flat with me. i just hope i dont get a blow out

Right, but what I am saying is all you need to do is buy a set of lugs that WILL fit your spare fine, and get a socket for each set, and it will work. It will look re****ed with one wheel different, but it will work. If the lugs you have now are really SO different that you can't make another wheel fit, I would be worried about how secure your wheels are really on there.
