Speaker Problem on 95 4Runner

I recently installed a new head unit for my 4Runner, did all the wiring correctly (or so i thought) now I only have sound from the rear left speaker and the small right speaker above the rear window. the front two speakers are fine though. can anyone help me with this problem?

make sure you hook up the blue ant wire it controls the amp

as of right now i only have a sub hooked up to an amp. the other speakers are hooked up to the default speaker wires.

I recently had my head unit changed, and can get sound out of all speakers except those on the RR channel. I ended up with 1 wire left over, attached to it's own little connector, white with a green stripe, otherwise I can't see what it could be.
