I had a similar thing happen with my 2010 (scratchy/rattle speaker), only on the left front. It was intermittent so of course the service dept. couldn't find the problem. On the next visit, they replaced the speaker. Still same problem. Also, during the same time I had a lot of issues with Sirius reception in the remote areas of NM and CO. It would just lose signal for miles.
Fast forward 3 years. I'm prepping for another trip to CO, cleaning windshield, applying Rainex, and I bumped the antenna and noticed how loose it was. :wow: said "this ain't right"! Tightened the antenna, the stars aligned and everything was right with the world. No speaker noise, no loss of signal on trip. Thinking back, the local car wash guys always remove the antenna before going through the booth. I suspect this was the reason for it being loose in the first place.
Not suggesting that this is your problem, but you might check.

I would check the connectors on the back of the speaker if you haven't already. A loose connection can really play havoc.
Are you sure the FM antenna being loose fixed your Sirius satellite reception? Your satellite antenna is the "shark fin" at the back of your roof.

I can only report my experience. I thought the shark fin was for the Nav system.

This may be way off base but I put aftermarket speakers and when installing the right front speaker I noticed a very, very strong magnetic field. Only the right front door. Very strange. It's strong enough that it was hard to hold my speaker in place. It's repelling (not attracting) the speaker magnet. Everything seemed to work out fine but every so often the right front door get's a lot of static and plays soft. I removed the door panel and was removing the speaker to check it out but as soon as it was out of the door, it starting playing perfectly well. When I put it back into the door, static. I'm assuming it's the magnetic field and I assume it's from the power window motor. I've discovered that cycling the window up and down a couple of times fixes the issue. It happens every 3 or 4 months and I just roll the windows up and down a couple of times and it fixes itself.

You may want to search passenger door speaker rattle. Others including myself have it. Try applying a bit of pressure on the door below the armrest and see if it stops. I haven't bothered bringing it to he dealer's attention yet. Other have posted how-to's if you wish to fix yourself.

I had to replace the right front speaker as well.

It happens every 3 or 4 months and I just roll the windows up and down a couple of times and it fixes itself.

Nope, GPS doesn't need an external antenna, just like smartphones and dash mounted versions, it's usually contained in the unit. Interesting that the antenna would affect the rest of the unit. That's a lot of crosstalk.
