Speed/Reverse Wire

Hey Everybody
Today I tried to install an Avic-D3 in my 08 Runner and kinda ran into a wall when I had to wire the navi part of the D3. Where is the reverse wire and the speed wire??? Any help or direction would be greatly appreciated
