Spidertrax + Aftermarket Wheels

Searched, not much info.

I'm thinking about getting a set of Spidertrax for my truck. At some point down the road I may also get ATX Mojave wheels. If I remember correctly, the offset on those wheels is more than the stock wheels. I'm not planning on lifting my truck, its going to stay the stock height. Will the Mojave's stick out too far with the Spidertrax installed, or should I just stick with one or the other?

I like my wheels, so I may never get new ones, but the possibility is always there. I would definitely get the Spidertrax first. Just wondering if anyone has both the Mojave wheels and spacers, and what do they look like together?

I think Harper has this setup. Or he might have had it at some point in time. I remember seeing it on that other forum

That rings a bell. I'll ask him. Thanks!

Long time ago.....I had spidertrax spacers on when I had SR5 wheels(7" wide,4.5" bs) and 275/70/17 BFG AT tires and barely rubbed til I pulled the fender liner forward.
Didn't rub at without the spacers with those wheels/tires.

When I went to the 17" x8" (4.5" bs)Mojave's I had 305/65/17 BFG MT KM2's and with the spacers rubbed real bad and stuck out past the wheelwell so I didn't use them.

Thanks for the info! I just installed the Spidertrax. They look great, and I can feel a little bit of difference in the handling of the truck.

However, I'm experiencing some rubbing. Stock height, wheels, and Duratracs- I get some rubbing with the wheel turned all the way while in reverse. It rubs the front of the wheel well. Later on I'll do a search on how to trim the wheel wells...

Dude, youve been on this forum long enough to know 2 things:

1) Pics or it never happened

2) :worthless

Just sayin'....lol

No pics till I get the information I'm looking for!

Just kidding, pics will be forthcoming. Right after I installed the Spidertrax I had to go fix my elliptical machine and do a ton of other stuff. No time today.

As Promised...

Here are some pics showing how my wheels look with the Spidertrax. I moved my fender liners up a bit, it got rid of the rubbing for the most part. I still hear a noise when the suspension articulates at full lock, but it's not that often. If it really gets bothersome I'll move the fenders some more.

It is MUCH flatter in turns, and it seems to track straighter. On the other hand, the ride seems a tiny bit bumpier, and it fells like I have to give a tiny bit more gas from a stop to get it going. But it could just be my imagination.

Tires are stock, suspension is stock. Looks pretty good!

Definitely makes it look more aggressive. As for more gas from a stand still, I noticed a difference with my Silent Armors, so I could only imagine the Duratracs are more noticeable.

I didn't notice it when I got the duratracs, only after the spidertrax. I guess it makes sense, a wider vehicle taking a little more to accelerate than a narrower one, everything else being the same.

You'll get used to it, also you'll get used to not wanting to go full lock. I had to change up how I backed out of spots, I know exactly when my wheels will start rubbing.
