Looks great man! Gotta ask a question, was your truck partially jacked up off the ground in pic 1 up top (the before)? From the before to after front shots, there is a change in the camber. Maybe its the angle of the pic...or just me!!

Good eye! I had not moved the truck at all. I literally took the before pic, jacked up the truck, installed the spacers and took the after.

The camber evened out a bit after driving. However I do need to get to an alignment shop.
