Sport Hood finally on

Picked up this sport hood from another member here a little while back. Was gonna wait to get it painted and put on till the winter is over, but just had to do it. Gave it a wash today too. Think even my Mastiff likes how it looks

$300, Painted, installed, and Deflector reinstalled for me.

Yeah he warned me that without doing the fenders to for a blend it could be off, but it really came out nice. I've been going to the same shop for years. He also did my 63 Lincoln so I knew the hood would come out solid

That looks great! From what i've understood, Desert Dune is a VERY hard color to match.

What shop did you go to? I see you are in NJ. I am in Eastern PA and would make the drive to have a reputable and obviously good quality shop spray my hood as well.

Looks nice man. Great job on keeping the cost under $300. Mine came in at $290 total including parts and paint.

Like it says in my sig, I'm a small time car collector. Just a few toys that I like to take out if the weather permits on a decent weekend. I'm always looking for another addition to the fold. I also have a Civic that I use for the daily grind but I doubt that exciting to anyone here.

What sort of paint did you use on the bumpers? I likey.

Used a bed liner type spray. Did it in the beginning of the summer on the bumpers and flares at once. Can't remember off hand what the company was.

BTW the turn around for the hood was 1 day. My shop really handled it fast
