Edit: Other than the cancer around the A-pillar and rear fender that's a very nice '86.

Cool to expose kids to this stuff! I have made my two daughters do minor wrenching so they know how to use some basic tools.

Who makes those sway bar end links?

Mstudt. He's on the forum. Pm him and he'll hook you up. Quality links. I've ridden it hard.

am i the only one that thinks it's a little ridiculous to have all that sh*t on your truck at all times? if you're not on your way to a 4X4 accessible campsite, why do you need a RTT, shovel, hi lift, etc. loaded up when commuting through LA?

That's not me, but I leave my RTT on most of the time. I have a very short commute. It's not worth the couple of hours taking it off/putting it on as long as its getting used once a month or so.

Spotted this 1st gen this morning down the street from my work in Costa Mesa. Makes me want to get one.

I see that bad boy everyday when i leave my house...corner of santa ana and university/del mar yea? Seems unused nowadays, only moves every couple of weeks, i think just to avoid getting towed.

You are absolutely correct. I never drive down that way, only today because I took headshots of someone this morning by Newport Nature Preserve.

If u get an IFS 1st gen u can transfer over any suspension mods u have. :lever:
I'd leave a note on it to ask if he wants to sell... it's a crime not to wheel a rig like that. Looks like an '87 SAS...

Spotted this 2 today on my way home. The GX470 with the steel bumper and RTT is nice! The 3rd gen looks beastly! I wonder where they're heading?

White 2nd Gen on Atlanta near Beach Blvd. Lifted, black rims, rear window visor, BFG All Terrains, and a 4X4 sticker on driver fender.

Spotted this rig yesterday at Street Neo Classics. This definitely caught my attention more than the line up of Skylines:lmao:
