So I'm a extremely safe driver in 99.9% of the time as I give 6 to 8 car legnths or more on the freeway, few in the city and adjust for speed, conditions having been unfortunately in my share of accidents and have received two tickets involved in accidents as cited for following to close (even once in washington with 5 seconds between me and the other driver...long story).
I go up to the store near where I live and get some beer and a blizzard (rough day, nothing makes me in more pain than I'm already in than having to lay footings, frame a floor and build walls for a house..So I was already barely able to move and just wanted to get home....) and I'm leaving and I get up to 35 mph and this blue 4th gen 4runner turns RIGHT out in front of me, slammed on my brakes everything goes everywhere and then he turns into my apartment complex. I expected this from most people as this happens a lot...but I guess I just thought someone would respect another 4Runner....
..4Runner was cool looking I will say that, 4th gen lifted and looked sweet, but my faith is slowly being squished =(
...Now I need to proceed to restore my faith by drinking (I heard it does wonders!).

Spotted a Silver 5th Gen 4Runner with lift, Gobi Ladder and Rack, Black Cargo Pod, and stickers on back quarter windows today heading into downtown Bend around 16:30.
Any idea who that is?

So I responded yesterday to this, and now I don't see it. But I apologize I was on tilt after the last few weeks with everything going on, the best thing about it is I get great comments about my 4Runner (my one other love besides my 6yr old =)).
There were some nice runners at Euphoria Music Festival this year! I was there but my rig stays home. I was excited to see someone else on the forum was there.

Dang should've brought yours definitely would've caught my eye. Yea I brought mine out there for the first 2 days, the dirt had my 4R covered within 10 minutes of getting in the lot! I saw a lot of lifted FJC and some other 4th gens but didn't get to take a picture of them all! Some sweet rigs out there though! But it's cool to see that there were some T4R members around.

Bumping an old post here, but anyone know the deal with this truck? I just saw it in New Jersey yesterday.

I think I spotted [MENTION=122186]pefiln[/MENTION] heading west on Montano in ABQ yesterday. If it wasn't, it could be a twin.
There was also a nice lifted black 5th gen limited heading south on Coors by Paseo in the early evening.

That's funny my wife's truck is identical to yours.Some guy parked a Runner identical to mine and I watched out a window as he checked mine out. There is a 3rd gen photobombing my picture just over my windshield.

My rig is not unique that's for sure. There is 5 Salsa Red 4th gens I see on my commute to work everyday.
