Nope. I sold these to many Toyota dealers that install on brand new trucks. Doesn't matter. Many potential buyers at Toyota dealers have complained and hate the delay on these and many times this device helps a dealership sell the truck.

Nope. You can install on a brand new 2020 4Runner if you like. I've sold these to a few Toyota dealerships when they had buyers who have complained about the piggish throttle response on test drives, etc.

Just installed this today. Of all the crazy shit we put on our trucks - lifts, wheels, tires, lights, etc - this thing is the most practical enhancement for everyday driving I can think of. I've strongly disliked the throttle programming on my '20 for the month that I've owned it, but now it feels like my '08 on the sport 7 setting. I really, really enjoy driving my truck now.

You get one of these trucks and you just assume that's the way it is and it's just sluggish. The best part is, it does fix it and makes it feel like a whole new vehicle. From a pig to a jack rabbit I like to say, lol.
