Sqeeeeeeky suspension grrrr

But holy f*** is it loud as in sqeeky. Every time I turn the steering wheel. I got wheelers off road steering rack bushings. I have built right uniball UCA. I greased the uniball. Shot grease into the UCA bushings. Still sqeeking.

Seems to sqeek when it's driving and going through pot holes or different road elevation.

Any idea????

If it was bouncy I'd say your suspension is blown (mine is squeaky too but bouncy)

I see your point. But my suspension doesn't even have 30k on it. And I barley off road.

Could it be uniball ??
 
Yeah if it's not bouncy it's definitely not blown. TBH, aside from my blown suspension, I haven't dealt much with squeaky. Sorry buddy.

Have you replaced your LBJ's? I ask because on my old '96 I had that noise for a couple days and then my driver's side LBJ failed. I personally wouldn't drive it until you've jacked up the front end and checked them with a pry bar.
 
Mine squeaks a lot when im flexing off road. My rear upper control arm bushings are pretty worn out and i think that is causing it. I have ES front upper and lower control arm bushings, OME 3 inch lift and my rack bushings are good.

I recently had a squeak. My adjustable panhard heim joints started squeaking soon after a wheeling expedition. Sprayed some silicone lube and it's been quiet since. (not WD40) If you want to know exactly where it's coming from, spray, the likely suspects one at a time. Likely suspects are the uniballs on your UCAs or any poly bushings.

The rack bushing on the passenger side would be easy to get to by pulling off the collar. You could take off the collar, put some silicon paste on the the bushing, reinstall and see if that lessens the noise.

Mission Automotive makes a good silicon paste. Here's a link if you want to buy some:
