How does the quality compare to your original hood?

It seems to be pretty close to OEM. All the holes lined up perfectly and it seemed very sturdy, especially with the extra support from the scoop. Only time will tell how it holds up to rocks and such. Hopefully will have it painted by the end of the week. Not bad for $81 though.

When they ask you if you want it color matched to your fenders, do it. I'm sure that Florida sun has lightened up your original paint color.

Very few. Only two of my friends know how to. But my school has 2300 students so I'm sure a few more know how to. One friend drives a 4runner (auto) and eclipse (manual). The other is a girl, (pretty impressive, I might add) and she drives a 2008 Mustang.

I honestly don't know how many acres it is. It is pretty large though. No, she will be going to Saint Andrews in Scotland. We understand that we will probably be going our separate ways soon.

Got my cheap fix to the $180 insert on today. It's the same gutter guard mesh I used for my grille. Total cost: $6

Got the sliders installed. 15 degrees angle up. Now I have to paint them on the vehicle. Timing with welder just didn't give me enough time to get them painted up before hand.

This is why you paint your sliders before you put them on.
