My name is Seth and I am new to the forum. This will be my first post. I have a 2003 TFR that my ex-wife all but destroyed. Last August after we separated, she attempted to drive it across a large river and got it stuck. She left it overnight and canoers broke out the windshield and rear side glass, as well as putting several dents in the body.
I got it back a few weeks later and just now hauled it to my local Toyota dealer to have a key made. Toyota says the ECU seems to be good, but it will not start. It doesn't even make a clicking sound which leads me to believe a relay possibly. Just wanting some ideas on where to start on the rebuild. Obviously the engine to make sure she didn't suck a bunch of water into it. Oil and tranny fluid looks good, just wondering if it's the starter or the starter relay. Gonna work on it this week.
