My 4Runner doesn't start right away most days. I have to open the hood and wiggle a wire by the fuse box to get it to start. The owner before me must of rigged something up. Sometimes it won't start at all and I have to jump it. (It starts immediately with a jump if the wire is positioned properly.)
I am including a picture here of what it looks like. I was wondering if anyone can tell what I need to do? I went to O'Rileys and they didn't have the part/fuse for it. I am wondering if I need to go to a Toyota dealer to get it fixed or if there is simple solution or part I can buy online.
