Step style sliders

I am considering putting sliders on my LE. I will be changing to TE rockers first, and will be doing this whether I get sliders or not. I had DeMello sliders on my '15 TE and liked them as far as protection went but would prefer to have something without the kick up on the outer rail and also to have a step plate to act as a running board to get in and out. I am making the assumption I would then order for a TE. So my question is as to which manufacturer makes a rail that extends just a little further out and also sits a little flatter? Any suggestions as to where to look for this type of rail?

Toytec is distributing a more step oriented RCI slider: http://www.toyota-4runner.org/5th-gen-t4rs/242418-*new*-rci-metalworks-bolt-rock-sliders.html. I received mine quickly and install was straight forward. A usable step even for the front seats.
