Stock JBL security codes

I recently got an 03 4runner limited after my 1999 4runner was totaled a few weeks ago. My mechanic told me i need to get a new battery. My question is will the stock JBL stereo require any security codes to punch in to work after the battery swap as i do not have any codes if one is required and did not get any owners manual.

You won't need a security code. I popped in a jbl head unit from a Sieana and 2005 4Runner and neither required a code.
