Strange knocking...cant Identify

Hey all,

I have noticed that i hear a knocking noise from underneath my runner...from the front i believe. Only happens when i rock back at forth from the left and right.

I first noticed it driving up my driveway. my left tire hits the bump first, then my right which rocks the truck.

It also happens if i make a semi aggressive right or left turn.

I have gotten underneath and cannot see any movement or anything that is loose.

It sounds like metal on metal contact...almost as if something is swinging back and forth and hitting another metal piece.

Make sure your skid plates are tight. Check your sway bar and end links.
