Stumped

I purchased a passenger door on ebay that matched my 2013 4runner color. The people I bought it from asked for the vin to make sure it matched. Everything seemed good. Installed the door, everything works except when I'm sitting in the drivers seat the passenger window button won't operate the window. The passenger side window button operates fine. What gives? What did I miss. I'm stumped.

To add some more content, the used door came with the window and actuator already installed. I pulled the harness off my old door and installed it on the new door. Could it be the actuator on the used door is different? The plug from my harness matched up.

Do you have the original window switch? try switching that to the new door maybe a bad window switch in the new door.

I know that on Lexus vehicles there is a way to reset the switches, kind of like calibrating them.
