Found this gem today. Sad to see a fellow Toyota owner ruin this Camry. Should have put that money/effort into taking care of that rust. And yes, that is a 4x4 badge on it.

I wish I could have taken some more and better pictures. It looks like the guy tried make a body kit completely out of bondo. There wasn't a single body panel that wasnt all lumpy and deformed.

I would agree with you...to a point....the mods most of us do here all add capabilities to our 4R. We don't toss on a wing thinking we will be able to rock crawl faster. The mods we do are functional. Most of the 'stupid' cars here are pointless, tasteless, wastes of money. I'm not going to post a vette who has it lowered with racing tires, the car was meant for that and maybe he drives it like that too (or she). Just saying.

yeppers the "pointless, tasteless, wastes of money" is an opinion, those that modify their vehicle think it either looks better, is cool, crawls better, etc etc, Just as I "think" putting 20"+ wheels on a 4x4 is pointless, or brushguards are worthless, thats my opinion, as they guy that spends the money on those things, thinks its nice, cool, looks better etc, I dont, on the flip side, he sees my rig and laughs at me, thinking taking a $30K vehicle over rocks is stupid and pointless.
When it comes down to it, I like something some may not, and vise versa, so to make fun of someone that lowers a car, puts a wing on it etc just think, they are doing the same at us.
In the end, IMHO, its YOUR vehicle, do what YOU want, :guitar3:
