More common than you might think!
saw this the other day... this isnt the first time I've seen and Impala/Bonneville etc with a rear spoiler.... I like the license plate cover "BMW of Maui" ....
A few months ago a Ferrari passed me on the Hwy... it was orange with lime green stripes and lime green mags... couldn't get a pic unfortuately....

Early 90s Camaro with 26"s on it...why not? Plus the fact that he had the top down in November...wasn't that warm out. Maybe the bad ass flames on the front we're making it too hot inside....
