I would love to lift my truck around 3". Can anyone recommend some high quality lifts, but not necessarily the most expensive and where I can find them?

btw, i do know how to surf the web...I just don't know what's good and what's not. thanks, guys. :D

yes read up on the Sonoran website as RonMaiden says

In the 96-02 4Runner section there is a FAQ section that is a wealth of info for lifts.

I ordered the 3" OME lift kit and OME shocks from www.toytec.com. Great customer service and super fast shipping.

881 front coils
1/2" top out spacers for front
890 rear coils
N91s front shocks
N86 rear shocks

The ride is more comfortable than the warn out suspension I bought the vehicle with. Very stable, looks great and I was able to run 33" tires with some minor trimming.

My rig is sporting Land Crusier coils in the rear with Rancho shocks and OME 882 coils with N91SC comfort shocks in the front. It works out to be ~3.75" of lift in the rear and 3" in the front, which looks perfect. I also added a diff drop for the front. All together, I spent about $550 for the whole works.

Also remember when lifting a '01-'02 4Runners the gains will be a bit more since you start out an inch lower than all the other years so a 3" gain will be around 2" for all others and won't be putting a strain on the CVs.

empty pockets, what's your measurement from the center of your hub to the fender lip? That measurement is a better judge when comparing other Runners since tire inflation isn't part of the equation.
