Figure i put this here for anyone who is wanting to do a DIY for the driver's side simliar to Slee's mount.
I picked up some simpson nail plates from HD and just measured, bent, and drilled out the holes myself and just rattle canned it with Rustoleum high-temp matte. Nothing fancy but 2hrs and $10 got it mounted exactly where I want it and it's solid - does not budge.The lower bracket is off-centered due to the mounting point being a bit tight with the squared edges of the mount. I don't have a metal grinder at home so i just off-centered it to make it fit.
Same mounting points as the Slee bracket.
