I know this is an old thread but I've decided that when my truck turns 20, which will happen in 2017, I will repaint her from black to SRP.

I expect to spend at least $2500. Should look pretty close to this one at that point. :snacker:

Finally a part of the club

I finally got a Sunfire Pearl. Its very stock and needs some TLC on the outside but only has 103K miles. I Already have some LC80 wheels I need to refinish.

Heres my new to me 02 Limited. 125k miles, bone stock. Only thing ive done is blacked out the emblems on the trunk, painted the front grill, and removed the running boards.

I really love the reds, when I got my '01 the Sunfire Red paint was all but faded away, but I did get it repainted. I got it repainted Salsa Red Pearl/Metallic and appreciate the color in almost all lighting.

You know, I never cared much for the red Runners when they were being sold. Now I turn my head for them, especially that bright red from the earlier years.

Got this a couple of months ago. Completely stock except for Tundra brakes that swapped from my 97 I sold.
Looking to do 2-3 inch lift. Then some ATs when these tires wear.

Essentially stock with the exception of tundra brakes. Most of the work I've done has been maintenance related. The first pic is the day I got her, the last one is just a few months ago on the way back from the Catskills.

She's still under 130,000 miles.
