sunroof and rear window dead -help

2000 - 4runner
Rear window doesn't work with key,remote or inside switch
sunroof clicks no movement
30amp fuse good - side windows work
disconnected battery, rear wiper work and is in closed position
Any help would be great full- thanks john

Did both happened at the same day?
Do you hear any sound from the motor?
