Who has a supercharged 3rd gen with auto trans in the bay area?
I'd like to meet and take your truck for a spin.

was also hoping that someone here would be lifted w/ 33s and stock gearing too.....

Basically I hate torque converters for everyday driving, but they are nice when wheeling. Wondering if I can live with an auto trans in a 4Runner. Basically sell mine w/ 5spd and get one with auto with the same everything else basically (well, have to build it I'm sure). But wanted to at least drive the thing to see if I could stand it or not. I have another car I usually DD.

Keep the 5spd and just get a crawl box for off roading! I know exactly what you mean and I'm never giving up my 5spd unless it's for a 6. I'm on 35's with 4.88s and I's still like to cut 1st gear in half when I'm crawling. A crawl box is in the near future.

for me personally i would rather spend some extra money to get the crawl box, it's way more fun and capable.

but right now I'm trying to put my spare funds towards 6spd manual swap in my Audi.....
