Make sure they are 7 wraps. You can also use the stock rear shock off the same LC. Could get them cheap, this way you can see if you like them after install. Then you can upgrade the shock later if you want. If you dont like it you can always sell the setup on here to get all your money back. But believe me the 7 wraps are awesome with tokicos. They flex like crazy, about 3.5" lift and ride really good with stock LC tokico rear shock which are stiff and they tighten up the soft 7 wrap. Toytec released the superflex to try and get sales from guys doing the LC coil swaps.

This is exactly what I'm planning at this point. Just need to decide on what to put up front. Really prefer the adjustability of the threaded coil over.

This is what I was talking about, but if you cant find 5100's for them its not gonig to help you. Just saves money when you assemble them with your top plate.

Ordered the Boss coil overs today. Should have everything except my SS extended bump stops by Monday. Any idea on what the usual turn around time is from SS?

Did u order it with superflex ? If so you will be waiting till mid June. It takes about 3 days to make the ss bump stops then two days to get it. He does two day shipping, well for me he did. I'd call and place the order. That's how I did it.

Sweet. The SS bump stops work great. Will eliminate any chance of overcompressing the new shocks which a lot of people do and blow them out and then complain about a soft rear end that cant drive on wash board. I would also recommend SS rear sway bar brackets. They help relieve the stress on rear sway bar from the lift and allow full articulation.

I think I am going to try no sway bar first and see how it handles. If I decide need the sway bar back in I will look into brackets.

No problem, you can also run 2g links where are extended. After I removed front it got a little scary, when I tried no rear I drove right back home and put it back on because it went to very scary on highway. LOL.

Not sure if he sells them individually if I remember right. I got them because i ordered a few different items at once from him but they may only come with his full kits. That being said if you email him and he may add them to the order but if not you can use the 2nd gen 4runner links or buy some out of the classified that one of the members make.

Wanna thank JayRolla for the input into this. Not only did I get my lift on for this weekend I could be happier with the ride of my LC coils and Tokico shocks. The SS bumps compliment it perfectly. And I saves some money over the Superflex while supporting local business.

I decided to run the stock length links which resulted in me having to remove the swaybar on the trail. I will tell you when I found the damaged link it sure was a relief after hearing the nasty snap. I am going to look for for some salvage 2G links next week, thou I will say driving home on the interstate with no swaybars was actually pretty stable. I think the Tokico shocks are the perfect match to the LC coils. Anyway I'll update my build thread soon for more info. Thanks again.

Straight highway is fine. Once you get up on a mountain pass like we have here you will get sick. It sways a lot.

I can imagine that is true. But I didn't feel like it was tippy, more of a floppy if that makes sense. I think I want it back in but am happy to drive it as is for now.
