Check out treadlightly for the rebate. I'm pretty sure they are still doing it for the Goodyear tires. It's a $100 rebate, but you pay $25 for a membership.

have you though about running 285/75/16 with the new lift? or would you prever 265/75/16?

and to celebrate my 1k post..

I gave Kate an bath after 3 cold winter months... it was an much needed bath..

not bad for an 14 years old vehicle... and today, she finally rolled over 267k...

I really want to run 33's but there are a couple things i'm afraid of. I think i told you earlier but when i first got the Grabbers they had trouble clearing my bumper because the lady that had this before me hit something which pushed the bumper in quite a bit.

Another thing is the MPG's. My drive to work is a 30 to 45 minute commute. When i go back to full time in the summer, those 33's would eat my gas tank alive! Hopefully 265 75's don't do that much damage.

I guess lastly I would want bigger breaks. So yeah, if i was to go 33's I'd need a new bumper brakes and all the goodies that come with a lift lol. I can always charge it, but I gotta try and avoid that.

now I'm in an dilemma..

I want to get an new computer.. tbh, I want an new iMac... since my desktop has been out of commission for the past 2 years.. is time to replace it with an new one..

but, i want to get an new bumper for the front..

this is what I have been looking at..

shrockworks front with full loop and shackles is about $1100 shipped to my house with the current group buy.. but I don't know if I should opt out for the winch too also.. or should I use the winch money and invest it in lights for the bumpers..

What I have been looking is like 2 22 in led bars (spot) along with either mini Piaa's in the fogs or led pods from trek lights or rigid's 2x2 (flood beams) for it.. I would go lightforce but I'm not set up for the extra draw of electricity if I were to use all the lights at the same time..

You'll get your money's worth out of the iMac. I'd wait on the bumper.

in midst of the nice weather we been having..

it started to rain and hail.. spend a few hours on thursday washing my rig.. now, is just all dirty again..

the little rope / handle that pulls the rear seat broke on me today.. fml..

also... been debating on that bumper.. but I don't know if I can wait 4 months for Shrockworks.. I can live with waiting an month for the cbi back..

for the past 2 years... I had my keyless remote in an little bag my mum made for me.. is nice but I decided to add a little touch to it...

so this might be some good news and some bad news..

bad news :

as I went to my rig to grab the Nalgene... guess what I see in my front yard.. an freaking 4 in tree branch laying on my front yard..

Good news:

thankfully, I had my rig parked on the other side of the driveway.. otherwise, it would really suck to get up tomorrow morning and find a tree branch on top of my rig.. looks like is some chainsawing tomorrow after school..

so on top of all things..

went to get my alingment checked out and have them replace the front diff fluids since my mechanic couldn't do it.. guess what. the plugs were stripped but they were able to extract it.. however though, the plugs I ordered from the dealer was for the rear....

I specially ordered the fronts ones but instead were given the rear plugs instead.. That's why I rather have my mechanic work on my car instead of the dealer.. I don't understand how they can screw up on ordering the parts.. is something so small, i don't know know why people would still go the dealership.. do they give out skittles or something or what?

I called every dealership within 50 miles, I called Oreilly, autozone, car quest and Napa.. and still no one has the plug..and the only one that had it was Roseville Toyota.. so instead.. my rig is down at the shop.. going to head over tomorrow drop the parts off and head to the dealer after words to return the parts...

the guy is asking for $100 and it comes with all the screws + hardware.. downside though.. he is on vacation for 2 weeks.. but after that.. hello new flares... I swear, these things are hard to find.
