denso is what dealer uses, but ngk is just as good. denso may last couple of month longer but ngk is half the cost, i use ngk in my truck.
most of the time:
ngk-japos
bosch- zjerman
champion autolite-muriken

sorry for the long update..

I updated the rig a little bit with some upgrades..

brought new floor mats..
re painted the rock guard for the Piaa's..

Maintenance.

going to replace the plugs and wires..

armor..

thinking about ordering Jerry's sliders..

and here is the most recent picture of the rig.. just a little battle scars from the last wheeling trip..

also trying out the new camera..

alright..

over the weekend I ordered some led bulbs for the license plate..

and then today, ordered new plugs and wires..

this weekend..

hopefully get around to change the bulbs, wires, plugs and oil change followed by car wash..

with the weather getting warmer, I'm thinking about taking the runner to the beach for an photo-shoot..

anyone down for some bbq and an bonfire?

hey buddy! I like your lights, those LED's make a hell of a difference! have you decided if your going to get sliders yet? I want them pretty bad myself but the funds are lackin. I'm hopin for a good year for bugs so I can sell lots of accounts!! then let the moddin begin again

Yo buddy,

thanks. I might pull the trigger and swamp the interior lights to leds as well..

I'm still debating on it... but I'm most likely going to be with Jerry from BAMF.. I too want them pretty bad.. the running boards on mine get a little tweaked out from wheeling last time..

I too am lacking the funds.... with work cut out.. I have to mod even more slowly than last year unfortunately..

little update for the week..

going to change the oil tonight and new plugs and wires tomorrow..

once funding frees up.. hopefully new tires and sliders..

upon doing the spark plugs..

I noticed the valve cover gasket has started to leak a little..

guess is time for the timing belt and water pump too..

my question is, who's should I use for my valve cover gasket? oem? fel-pro? or ?

and would it be hard to do it myself?

after thinking through, I went with BAMF instead of Shrockworks..

yup,

GottabeTRD,

now the fun begins.. Jerry is about 8-10 weeks out..

on the bright side, I'm getting new tires at the end of summers..

I'm going to go with 265/75/16 Load Range C's Duratrac's..

can't wait to see what my rig would look like with the sliders and new tires..

it was really nice to work with Jerry.. I put half down and half later when it is finished.. that way, I can work some more and put little by little aside for it when is finished.. that way I can have some cash free around during the waiting time..

I can't wait.. new tires and slider at the end of summer..
