Mine doesn't really shake too bad. But I put my spare tire up there with some bungee cords, and it rubs back and forth. If you wanna sell the tire holder separate...I'm down for a fair price. Or if he buys your set up and don't want the tire holder I could buy it from him. Just let me know whats up. Thanks

Yeah mine did not rattle all the time, just enough to drive you batty - I would crank up the stereo to drown it out. It is certainly handy to have, and I liked the looks with the spare and hi-lift mounted on top. Not sure if he is interested in the tire mount, I will check and see, and if not I will sell it to you for $25 plus shipping, if that sounds fair.
