I just got my 95 back from getting headgaskets and all that involves. So today was my first real drive in it. I noticed a red light on the left side of the dash. And te guy that sold it to me said something about pressing a button under the dash to disable the alarm. Well I think the button stopped working and the syren had been unhooked but the lights still flashed so I tore into it tracking the wires to find a remote start module. Has wires for starter windows alarm and says that it is trackable. Excalabur 1000atv. The problem is the 4 runner didn't come with a remote. Any suggestions? I pulled one of three fuses to disable the lights flashing.
