Suspension clunk after strut replacement.

I just replaced my front stock strut with spacer (bought it used like that) on my V8 2006 limited with Bilstein 5100s and OME 885s. Rides much better like, the lift height but I'm getting a weird clunk when I go over pot holes, speed bumps etc. I installed the sway bar relocation kit thinking that might be the problem but nothing doing. I went back and tightened everything down to spec, but it's still making that sound consistently every time I go over a larger dip in the road surface. Any suggestions on what this could be. Thanks for the help.

I would double check the shock bolt on top with the truck on the ground. Check that the springs are in their spot or groove. Is the top springs mated between the rubber cushion and shock cap? Are the bottom springs in their designated groove? Check back n report!:hatsoff:

Might be the sway bar bushing. I was told over and over that mine was fine. You couldn't move it by had. replaced those with grease able ones and the clunk went away.

I'll make sure to check the seating. I'm going to buy a set of bushings too and give that a shot, might as well for like twenty dollars. Thanks for the quick response I'll post pictures of the setup and stuff just in case someone can spot something that's just not obvious to my amateur eyes, after looking at the first two possible fixes.
