Personally I wouldn't lift your adjuster with them springs. For 1, you loose your travel, butt mainly, your coils have a lift to them already. I don't think the billies will handle the strain of the coils and height adjusted above the 0 setting.
Besides, I would like to be there to watch you try to compress the spring and mount the struts to them if you move from the 0 setting. I used spring compressor to mount 885s on mine, had to leave the top bushing off and put the nut on to help compress them tighter. Then remove the nut and finish assemble with bushings.
Look at others on here that have had there billies w 885 or 886s, I would bet 99.99% of them are set on 0, theres a reason for this. And others have added tophat spacers to get that little extra lift.
1/4" tophat will net you 1/2" lift with what you have.
